Lymphatic High-Frequency Treatment draws on the warming action of high-frequency current to bring gentle heat deep into the body while attending to circulation and skin texture. High frequency refers to alternating current above one hundred thousand hertz, characterized by the very rapid reversal of the current's direction.

As this current passes through the body's tissue, the molecules that make up the tissue vibrate minutely and rub against one another, and heat is generated from within. This is called deep heat.
